This Privacy Policy explains how Syntra Trade AI ("Syntra", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our platform.

1. Data We Collect

Account data: email address, name, and authentication credentials managed through Supabase Auth.

Trading journal data: trades, notes, screenshots, strategies, and performance metrics you enter or import into the platform.

Broker connection data: read-only API keys and sync metadata for the broker integrations you enable. We never request trading or withdrawal permissions.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide the core product: journaling, analytics, AI-powered analysis and coaching.

AI features send relevant portions of your trading data (e.g. trade history, notes) to our AI model providers (Anthropic) to generate analysis. This data is not used by the provider to train models.

To communicate service updates, security notices, and β€” with your consent β€” product news.

3. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored in PostgreSQL databases hosted by Supabase, protected by row-level security so each user can only access their own records.

Broker API keys are stored encrypted and are used exclusively for read-only trade synchronization.

We apply industry-standard measures (TLS in transit, encryption at rest) to protect your data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We share data only with processors required to run the service: Supabase (database & auth), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI analysis), and market data providers (anonymous, symbol-level requests only).

5. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us.

Deleting your account permanently removes your journal data from our production systems within 30 days.
